Who Are We?We are fans of Jimmy Buffett and the trop rock music genre and lifestyle he helped establish. The club received its charter from Parrot Heads in Paradise, Inc. (the national organization) in December of 1995. Our club belongs to the South Region of PHIP, which is currently made up of 27 clubs. The lifestyle we live around the lake, bay, and on Galveston Island is perfectly in sync with the philosophies of a true Parrot Head and our activities tend to center around that. Our club works to raise money and collect supplies, along with donating our time and talent in support of local and national causes and charities. Since our birth in 1995, the club has grown to more than 500 members with new members joining each week. Since 2011, our club has donated over $545,000 to charities! | In 2025 alone, we did 2,665 hours of volunteer work for our community. |

| Trick or Treat, Phlock! October is One Spooktacular Month! It is Meeting of the Minds time of year again. The largest Plhocking is getting ready to kick off Wednesday Oct 21st and run thru Sunday Oct 25th in Gulf Shores, AL. Lots of music and phun are in store for those attending. Single day tickets are now on sale. Halloween comes rushing in hot on the heels of MOTM. We have been working with Second Wind and 5 o’clock Phlock to conjure up a ghoulishly phantastic Plocking for all. Check for details. Tri-Club Parrot Head Club Halloween Party And, of course, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The Hunter’s Moon kicks off October and arrives the 6th, followed by Columbus Day on the 12th and right before MOTM is the Orionid Meteor Shower the 20th-21st Fins Up, Phlock — and Happy Halloween!
